    Don’t know where to begin. Jenny front desk lady? Or Peter the manager that only works on Monday! The place doesn’t look like any of the photos. The surrounding areas look like a war zone with caution tape everywhere and even around the hotel itself. We were gonna give it a go regardless because we were in a bind. But then we get to our room? Stains all over the beds. Dirty floors. Carpet is a trip hazzard. This was enough to initiate the return of our money and leave. This all being said Jenny the front desk lady lied to us multiple times. She documented the issues and told us we will have a refund on Monday. Big lie because Peter the guy that doesn’t have a single clue what’s going on, denied it. We will continue to make this an issue until we get a refund at minimal?

    We had 2 small dogs and were charged $30 for each of them. I didn’t see this on the website. It added $60 to the room charge. We were with them the entire time in the room. Will look for a place with a more reasonable pet charge next time.

    I had been staying at the comfort inn and suites located on Grover st in Omaha and I wanted to extend my stay so I got online to do that. In a rush, I Accidentally booked at the wrong location which was your location and I was not allowed to have a refund to book at the correct location. I thought that was pretty low. It was an honest mistake. I’ll never go there again.

    Some staff tried to be caring and helpful. What I did not like. My first room smelled horrible and the jet tub was leaking. The floor was soaked. The next day they got me a new room and was better, but they gave me nothing for having to sleep in a room with the floor soaked and smell. Also the cracks had grime crammed in them. Did not feel very comfortable staying at this hotel.

    Have bug control come in and bomb the place cause they have roaches. Seen one in my room on my second night, GOT IT ON VIDEO. I demanded a refund and said I was leaving, they said I had to email the manager. Will never book with another comfort inn.

    Property is undergoing renovation and as expected there was minor updating in progress. However, work did not impact the room we occupied. It was comfortable, clean and large. To top it off the staff was helpful and check in and out was expedient.

    We had requested one room with 2 beds and with accessibility for a walker. We didn’t get one. Also, one room that they offered smelled like smoke. We finally settled in our 2 rooms and the rooms were not adequate. We will not be staying there again.
