A pleasure to stay in this home! The host was responsive, the home was well stocked with extra linens and kitchen items, and the laundry room was really helpful. It was amazing to have a home that was accessible for people with mobility issues, especially in icy weather where steps are dangerous. There was a shovel available to keep the walkway clear. My kids really enjoyed the ping pong table as well. I really appreciated the host and this home for our trip.

We had a very good time. The house is absolutely beautiful and a wonderful neighborhood.We only had one little hiccup. We never located the remote control for the basement. This did alter our plans little as the grandkids were going to be down there for their entertainment. But we made the best of it. There is a TV in the garage and they sat in the garage and watched their programming. I was very grateful for that TV and that remote. It's those little things when you're on a family vacation.

Good communication. Easy check in process. Didn’t require much of any cleaning from the guests which made leaving before a winter storm less stressful. There was ample room for some of our extended family to gather before going to a family reunion. If we have another reunion in the area, we will be staying here again!

Stayed for 3 days for a little birthday gathering. House was very nice and spacious. I really liked the basement, I was able to do some cool things with it. Overall my experience here was great and I would definitely book again.

Very helpful and answered questions quickly. The entry method was different for me but he texted me and then no problem. There wasn’t a lot of coffee pods and he had more delivered! The house is very spacious and comfortable. Also comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Very quiet area and nice to sit on the deck for sunrise or any meals.There were only two of us so we had plenty of dishes, etc. to use.The only reason why I didn’t give it a perfect score for the value for the money is because we were there during college World Series. All homes and hotels, double and triple during that time and that made it more costly than usual. Their normal pricing would be very realistic. For us it was a last-minute family trip so the location was very convenient for us. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, it really is a great accommodation for anyone with physical disabilities.

There are no bedrooms available for 10 people. The basement beds are in the utility area. Both children and adults have trouble sleeping because of the cold. It has central air conditioning, which makes it difficult to adjust the basement temperature. It's always cold due to concrete. Also, the bed sheets are dirty, and the towels need a wash. I can say it's suitable for only 6 people, including adults. The positive side is that it's in a good location.
