"The staff was great. Extremely attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location to the beach was excellent. Beds were super comfy. Daughter in law, 9 year old grand daughter and I all had a blast. Little one had so much fun at the pool. Something for everyone. We’re going to make it an annual trip! "

"The location did not offer a beach view. There are trails behind the property that lead toward the beach, but we were told by another family that the path had been washed out and was very difficult to walk through. The check-in experience could have been better—the staff member lacked hospitality and didn’t make us feel very welcome. Room cleanliness was a major issue. There was noticeable dust on the blinds, bedposts, and even the ceiling. At first, I thought I was getting sick, but it turned out to be my allergies reacting to the dust. Additionally, we were told to wait about twenty minutes before taking a second shower, which was inconvenient. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations."

"This was easily the best check-in experience I've ever had at a motel. The owners greeted us and gave us a choice between two rooms. They were very helpful. And the beds are all new memory foam mattresses. This is a big deal for me since I need at least a medium-firm mattress for my back, and these beds were great! Would certainly stay here again. "

"Clean, spacious, and friendly staff. Kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you’d ever need. Not every room is identical but room 214 was perfect size for our family of 4; it even has a large deck. Kitchen did not have any spices but I kinda prefer it that way, feels more clean to me without them. Couldn’t make it to the beach from hotel because of significant standing water over the trail, assume you’d be able to make it more towards summer months. "

"We had a great stay in the cabin. The hot water was a little scarce, but it was ok. The mattresses on the bunk beds could be thicker. Fine for kids. Adults not so much. Moved to the futon and it was fine. Bathroom lighting could be better. All in all, we enjoyed it and had a great time! The cabin was clean and the yard outside also. Well equipped kitchen. We'll be back!"

"Our stay was very nice. Small Staff, but were very helpful and friendly! Rooms were clean! Breakfast very limited, but clean and pleasant place to eat. I would recommend this hotel at Ocean Shores because the staff are Number one! Kevin, Brandon, the two ladies! All of the staff members were awesome! Thank them for making our stay easy and pleasant! "The room was very nice and very clean. It had everything we needed for a family getaway to Ocean Shores. We would highly recommend this place. Staff was friendly, internet was fast, the beds were comfortable, and the large TV had plenty of channels for us to watch as a family."

"It was okay for the price. Ocean view room was not as expected since the windows were pretty dirty, the screen door was falling off every time I opened it and had to reattach. I didnt pay for my room to be fixing stuff and the door to next room was not locked. "
