When I arrived at the hotel on July 12,2023. there was no front desk person to check me in but they did leave a note and a key. So I self checked in. Went to my room on the second floor and I was welcomed by couple of unwanted guest - cockroaches. Room was spacious but very outdated, dirty, black mold and this weird green slime running out of the AC and down the wall. Bed was hard and pillow stink. Just a bad experience- but I’m there to scuba dive. NOW, This is when it gets real - I stayed from July 12 and checked out early to go to a different hotel on July 18. Between these date, they didn’t make or tear down the bed, no clean towels, no replenish water bottles and no toilet paper. After asking and calling numerous time - I final went to the convenient store and purchased toilet paper and water. Upon Checking out housekeeping went to check my room and he took a picture of 3 drops of coke on the sheets. The front desk said I had to pay 500 pesos for spilling coke in the sheets. I was like ummm ok but can I have the sheet? She said “No, we will wash the sheet and use them again” I was like sorry but not going to pay for this scam. I told them I had to buy my own toilet paper and water. I proceeded to say you didn’t bring me clean towels, replenish my water or change my bedding in 6 days after I ask numerous of times. People STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Check-in was quick and efficient. Though I booked the room with my credit card, security deposit is only taken in CASH, no card. Checkout experience was negative, no front desk personnel till 7:00am. I had to checkout and leave early, but nobody was there.

Room 306 is a very disappointing room one can occupied. Phone has no dialtone so if youneed any servic, you hace to go down thru stairs since they also dont have elevator. Worst shower head ever. Lamp messes up. Will not stay anymore forever.

The property is dirty, as soon as walking to the 2nd floor and it is kind of hard to miss about the carpet being so disgusting. This is the first hotel that I have to pay an extra towel when needed.

The staff and the pool were ok. The location is also nice. The rooms we booked were spacious enough. However, one of the things we look forward to when checking-in to hotels is sleeping on relaxing hotel beds, but the beds here are really bad. There was no more cushion and you can already feel the springs of the mattress. It was not a relaxing sleep at all. The hallway carpets were really dirty, as if they have not been vacuumed nor shampooed in years. Will definitely not book here again.

No sleep hotel
Exit door is broken and would slam and wake us up. Janitor buffing the carpet at 2am. Didn’t get much sleep.

Nice old hotel. No elevator hence not advisable to elderlies or persons with difficulty of using stairs. Staff are great especially Joem, Front Office Staff. We will surely stay again next year.

The staff was nice and helpful, the price for the room was very reasonable. The room was dirty when we checked in and had to call maid service. We had to go into the hallway to to receive full Wi-Fi. Restaurant service was very slow. The television picture was grainy with very few choices for viewing.

Good hotel but bafly needs a renovation.
Pro the room was big enough ,tv qnd aircon perfect.the hot shower and flow of water is pretty good. Wifi is also good. The pool is clean. Cons are the breakfast is not i would expect for the price they charge , i mean come on you can offer better tasting breakfast. The doors of the room , hallway and CR and the tiles cabinets can really need an uplift it seems old and has served it purpose maybe change it for a new look .by the way maybe put a gym in the hotel

The location is very nice because it is right on the beach and close to everything. The hotel itself is nice, but the room furnishings are very dated. I tried to get online but the WiFi was terrible or non existent. I will stay there again, but will plan on not having internet access.

Nice hotel right the beach with nice pool
We spent a weekend there with extended family and everyone had a good time. They have a very nice outdoor pool and the staff were very accomodating in putting up chairs and tables for us right by the poolside bring out food and drinks. The rooms are comfortable and some have a very nice view. The hotel is close to the beach, which is very nice for a stroll, but unfortunately the beach is quite dirty and not suitable for swimming. There is a beach promenade which connects to other hotels and outdoor food and entertainment venues.

Nice hotel close to beach
Room was very spacious with comfortable beds nice bathroom and a large patio area on the balcony which I enjoyed whilst having my evening tipple with my girlfriend watching the people go by. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the club sandwich was awesome and priced very reasonable.The pool area was great and we enjoyed the best part of our stay there and we were even allowed to stay a few extra hours by the pool after checkout I would come here again for sure

This place is the very worst place i have ever stayed, no A/C dirty unfriendly, not maintained, the pool and beach sand was covered trash. the bathroom was dirty and moldy. the owner has given up on this place
