« I booked weeks in advance for a 2-bed room. Upon arrival I was given keys to a room that was already occupied!! The next room they assigned had one king bed. Said they had no more doubles. The management needs to seriously improve their processes for flagging a room and clean/ready and for blocking the proper number of beds for a advance reservation. The front desk did all they could - I don't blame them. »
