"The hotel, location, and amenities were fantastic!! The only moment I got very disappointed was at the spa with one of the girls at the front desk. After one week at the hotel, the day before departing (May 21st) we booked an hour massage for both of us. At the moment of paying, my credit card didn’t go through (she shamelessly hold a laugh). I said that is not possible, gave her my credit card. It didn’t pass. My friend tried with two cards. Nothing. A local lady tried as well and nothing! It was obvious that it was the internet, but she NEVER admitted that. I was hoping for an apology, but nothing! Such a RUDE employee shouldn’t work at the front desk… We just told her to charge it to our room. She really ruined the mood of the massage time."

"Lit confortable et chambre de bonne dimension pour un voyageur solo comme moi. Déjeuner ordinaire mais belle terrasse pour prendre l'air et/ou fumer la cigarette. Et grand stationnement gratuit. J'ai trouvé ça abordable comparativement à l'Espagne."

"The accommodation and welcome at Guest Mar were just superb - I cannot recommend it highly enough! The location is central, the building and rooms are exquisite and the staff just cannot do enough for you. I stayed in the delux room so I had a double bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet and a separate seating area which was very handy. There is also a rooftop terrace which was a great space to enjoy the sun. I don't normally have breakfast but it looked so good I did enjoy it one of the mornings. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals and a fridge to store your food. There is also coffee and cake provided through the day should you need it. They have thought of everything and even provide beach towels and beach umbrellas for those magnificent sunny days. I was also able to leave my bag there the morning I was checking out and pick it up later in the evening - this meant I could enjoy my last day in Olhao before having to leave that evening. I am looking forward to staying here in the future - it really made my holiday exceptionally good."
