"Had a really pleasant stay here. The hotel is in a great location about a 5-minute walk to Town Hall station and supermarket, close to tram stops, and surrounded by plenty of places to eat which made everything very convenient. The room was clean with a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed, perfect after a long day exploring. A special thank you to Hanny and Rich who were both fantastic, friendly, helpful, and made the stay even better. All staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout. Would happily stay again."

"All was good except for check in. Only 1 person available. And it took a long time even once I was with check in person. I needed some printing done for cruise documents and they were very helpful and efficient. Loved the Astro restaurant. "
