The property is being renovated. Could not turn the shower on. Housekeeping told me this happens all the time. Really? Fix the problem then. And the phone??? Took five minutes to figure out how to use that too. This place is not user friendly!

I will never stay at your facility again. Dirty, room service in a paper bag? Horrible room layout, tv on side of bed? Step over bathtub/shower. Difficult and slippery for an older couple, plastic shower curtains. Refrigerator did not work. Bellhop was rude We expected a premium hotel in Greenwich, definitely not worth the price. We lived in Greenwich for 25 years, what a disappointment.

The room was great, but, because of construction, I guess, there was no diniing room, no bar area, nothing except a tiny store that was called a cafe. Not reallly. Just having available room delivery doesn't really cut it. The lobby area was cavernous and the whole set-up looked like it was a place to host conventions, without much regard for the overnight traveller.

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have less stars—I am kicking myself for actually paying to stay here. It was already an oddly structured hotel, but the atrium was just dirt and under construction. They don't tell you until after you book and still charge extra for the “view”. TV also did not work and kept changing channels. The ‘engineer’ didn’t try anything at all, rather he just asked us if we were going to go out later. I guess because it wouldn’t matter as much then?….Go to a local place to stay—they’ll take better care of you.

Was told the property was under construction/renovation and that it would be complete by our state date. It was not . The room was dirty and our stay was like living at a construction site. This is the last time I will ever use Expedia. hyatt hotels was willing to cancel our reservation. Expedia was not and we got caught in a dispute between both . Please beware of the perils of dealing with a third-party facilitator. You’re out on a limb and they just take your money. I had been a long time Expedia customer.

The Hotel is under MAJOR renovation. Lobby and Atrium are totally blocked off with construction walls. The "front desk" is a little table back near the ball rooms. Quite inconvenient and NO notice on websites that lobby and front end are completely blocked off and there is construction stuff everywhere.

Phone system does not work correctly. Spend more than 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone (rang over 100 times), and when they did pick up, they hung up on me twice. While staying there, TV did not work. Had to call maintenance twice. Finally switched rooms. Staff had almost zero concern for guest experience.

I don't get the bad reviews. Even with the construction, the hotel is nice. Do yourself a favor and ignore the reviews. The hotel is a great place to stay! Pool is good, exercise room also.... The hotel was clean when I stayed there; the staff was friendly and very responsive.

Property was under full renovation which we were not notified in the expedia add prior to booking. Full rate was charged. Very misleading. We were billed an additional $10 on app for "parking" yet the entire exterior of building was a construction site!
