We especially loved the hot tub and huge wood-burning fireplace. We would rent here again by ourselves but it would be difficult to invite others since there was no shower in the upstairs bathroom. The cabin was beautiful! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable. The setting was very peaceful and secluded. The drive into Black Mountain takes about 30 minutes. I enjoyed talking with the rep from Graybeard; she was gracious and professional. We brought food and drink with us and used the gas grill, but we also ate out in Asheville, Black Mountain, and Marion. Our favorite restaurant was the Sunny Point Café in Asheville.
