The property consists of a total of **4 independent units** with a shared entrance and can accommodate up to **18 guests** in total. The outdoor area features a well-maintained garden and a privileged location close to the sea: stepping outside the property, a **small beach** is reachable in just **100 meters** on foot. At 400 meters you will find the beautiful beaches of **Mare e Rocce** and **Lo Squalo**, and within a 1 km radius you can easily reach **Il Pellicano**, **Bados**, and **Pittulongu**.
