We provide curated stays, secure bookings with the **best rate guaranteed**, and a **free insurance policy** for all registered guests (applicable terms). **INTERIOR DESCRIPTION** **Villa Bados 8** features approximately 120 sqm of living space designed for comfort and functionality. The covered veranda, furnished for outdoor meals, leads to an airy living room equipped with a dining table and TV corner. The separate kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower), a twin bedroom with two single beds, and an additional double bedroom. A second bathroom, located along the hallway, is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Thanks to the villa’s proximity to the sea, a pleasant marine breeze keeps the interior naturally ventilated. **OUTDOOR SPACES** The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden partially shared with a second unit. The east-facing veranda is ideal for relaxing outdoors at any time of day, while the private courtyard offers two reserved parking spaces. **DESTINATION INFORMATION & DISTANCES** **Villa Bados 8** is located in one of the most appreciated coastal areas near Olbia, where essential services can be reached within a short walk: supermarket, fish shop, bakery, restaurants, cafés and convenience stores. The N4 bus stop, directly in front of the property, connects Bados with Olbia’s historic center and nearby beaches with frequent departures. Auch die umliegenden Strände sind traumhaft – das Wasser ist so klar, dass man die Fische darin sehen kann.Zum Haus: Alles war soweit in Ordnung. Leider gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage, was es in den Schlafzimmern nachts etwas unangenehm gemacht hat. Außerdem hatten wir einige Mückenstiche. Vista mare, albe e tramonti strepitosi. Comodissima alla spiaggia ( attrezzata o libera a scelta) con campo da beach volley e a tutti i servizi necessari quali super mercati, farmacia, ristoranti/pizzerie (anche da asporto), bar con brioches fresche ogni mattina, panetteria, distributori di benzina, porto e areoporto. Casa spaziosa, luminosa e ben attrezzata. Molto attento, disponibile e cordiale il personale dell'agenzia raggiungibile in ogni momento con una telefonata. Bella vacanza! Grazie! Ogni cosa è sempre migliorabile ma direi che siamo già ad ottimi livelli.
