The hotel was clean. The staff were real cool. It’s in a pretty central location as far as shopping and Burn.

Our stay was good there. Staff was friendly and helpful. I gave the lower rating because there was an odd smell in the hotel and the pool didn’t seem clean. Our room was fine and we enjoyed the area and felt safe.

It would not have been bad but had a very different experience then the last time. I checked in thought i had a suite turns out it was a regular room. I went down to get it fixed and ask why no whirlpool tub. I agreed to pay difference or move rooms or so i thought. I never got a call just a 75.00 charge not bad but not advertised on Expedia. I didnt say anything but knew the whole time it was hoing to cost me. Should have kept the other room because i'm sure it didn't have kids screaming and running by my door all day and night.

Didn’t really enjoy the beds not the comfy beds or sheets. Everything else was fantastic just don’t expect a comfy sleep because of the mattress.

Great property for the price! We are very happy with all aspects of this hotel. The room was clean, very tastefully decorated, bed and pillows very comfortable.

When we checked in the desk clerk was rude. When we got off the elevator on our floor it smelled horrible of sewage and got worse to closer we got to our room and the room smelled awful!!!! We went down to explain and the desk clerk acted like it was an inconvenience we ask for a new room. Got the new room and the bathroom sink didn’t have hot water so couldn’t wash face unless in shower. This room also smelled but not a harsh. This place cost more than the hotels around it and it was awful!

And of course they won't not change my room. So they cleaned it the day after I arrived.

The Hotel was so fannnntastic!! Everything was awesome from the check in person to the room. The bed was so comfortable that it felt like laying on marshmallows. We were so happy about choosing the Sheraton 4 Points, that we would stay again.

I booked through expedia and they said that because I did I didn't qualify for free breakfast, I won't be staying here again. I travel to OKC often for work but I guess they won't miss me.

Property was great, but Expedia listing led me to believe breakfast was included and I was very surprised and frustrated to find it was actually $10/person.
