"Our room was clean and check in was easy and friendly. We never had room service for our two day stay and never saw a housekeeper. Breakfast is mediocre with not a variety to choose if you dislike eggs and processed foods. "

"The stay was comfortable. I don't know if I'd return though. There was a dirty towel left hanging behind the door that housekeeping missed. Also, the halls needed vacuuming and there was gum in the carpet of one of the elevators the whole time we were there. Breakfast staff was busy eating and chatting instead of restocking. I had to spread my cream cheese with a spoon. They also only had lids for one size of their coffee cups. The outside walls and ceilings weren't soundproofed and you could hear everything. The area was very nice though."
