"On checking-in, around 4pm, we were kept waiting around 5-10mins, ringing a bell that was never answered (even though we could hear it ringing). Just as we were writing a message online to enquire about the check-in, someone finally answered the door. They charged us double the amount they were supposed to and closed the door in our faces, then pretended it was a calculation error when challenged.
