Квартира находится в историческом центре города в 5 минутах ходьбы от Дерибасовской, Соборной площади, 20 мин к морю.  
  
В квартире для наших гостей всегда:  
  
\- чистое, выглаженное, высококачественное постельное белье и махровые полотенца;  
\- ручки дверей, выключатели, пульты, поддон душевой кабины, унитаз, обрабатываются профессиональным медицинским антисептиком;  
\- полы моются специальными средствами;  
\- кофе, сахар, фильтрованая вода, гель для душа;  
\- для безопасности наших гостей видеонаблюдение в коридоре и при входе в квартиру;  
\- парадная на коде, вход во двор на кодовом замке;  
\- SMART ТВ, wi-fi бесплатный высокоскоростной;  
\- для вашего автомобиля охраняемая парковка через дорогу от дома, не охраняемая парковка под домом;  
Квартира предназначена для комфортного проживания 2-х человек.
