« The room was nice. Roomy and mostly clean. There were hairs from previous guests or cleaning crew in shower. Yuck! Room was cold (in summer) even after adjusting thermostat. No extra blanket or pillows in room. Breakfast was not appetizing or even well stocked. Many items out and no one came to resupply. We waited at least 1/2 hour but no employee came. Many guests with children came in. No milk or yogurt in fridge. Really poor service and quality. Employee on desk disappeared and got annoyed...
