"Wir waren als Paar zum 4. Mal dort und es ist immer wieder eine Überraschung, wo man Nächtigt. Dieses mal war das Zimmer Top! Das Bad war jedoch für Zwerge gedacht und nicht für Männer, jenseits der 100 kilo Klasse! 😂 Was in der Dusche runter fällt, ist für immer verschwunden!😂 Das Waschbecken, mit Ausmaß, von 25cm² ist eine Herausforderung beim Zähne Putzen! "TLDR: a comfortable hotel with a great gym and a few minor annoyances. Inconsistent shower temperature, shower flooding, and TVs with no ability to stream or cast. The hotel has an exorbitant credit card hold off €50 per night. The Hilton Heidelberg has comfortable beds, quality linens, and black out curtains. It makes for a fairly comfortable sleep. The room still has the archaic power key required for the room. This would be fine if the card wasn't lifted up when room cleaning takes place, as this turns the fridge off (thankfully my things survived, but the fridge shouldn't be on that control). The shower was a mixed bag. It has two shower head options with ok pressure. Regularly, the shower will have temperature changes for a split second before returning to normal. The glass screen is also too short and the silicone strip used to prevent flooding onto the bathroom floor is a poor solution. The TV is a large and modern LG flat screen. This would be excellent except that in true Hilton form, all streaming and casting is blocked. I asked about this and the receptionist told me that they are not smart TVs. (The "apps" and "smart" button on the TV remote say otherwise). I was advised of only 3 English language channels on the TV. It is absurd that in 2026, a 5 star international hotel chain cannot allow guests to cast their devices to the TV. One free water is provided to the rooms each day. The gym is quite new and features dumbbells to 20kg (up to 25 or 30 would be be"

"Vine a Heidelberg por la graduación de mi hija y me alojé por 4 dias en el hotel. Desde el primer momento, fui recibida con mucha cordialidad y gentileza. Tuvimos el apoyo de Ivonne, en la recepción, quien nos atendió con mucha amabilidad. Al día siguiente, el día de la graduación, no había previsto hacer una reunión para celebrar, pero recibimos la vista de varios amigos y, el hotel, a pesar de que estaba reservada para una fiesta privada, nos permitió quedarnos en la hermosa terraza junto al río para brindar por el logro de mi hija. Nos atendió Anastassia, quien nos sorprendió por hablar perfecto español y nos brindó el mejor el servicio posible. La cena fue increíble. Me sentí como en casa, con confianza y relajada. El hotel me encantó!!"

"The hotel was clean and is in an excellent location for bus / tram stops. 2 stops away from Bismarkplatz and 5 away from the castle. Parking was €20 per day but the Premier Inn don't have many spaces so it is first come first served. No draught beer available in the bar but prices reasonable for a city and the 50% off Happy Hour between 5 and 7pm is great! One member of staff in particular was very helpful and friendly - Poala (hope I have spelled in correctly!). Breakfast was €17.90 per person with kids eating free but you had to be quick to get the bacon as it soon disappeared when there are 100+ guests and a tray of bacon had about 12 rashers!"

"Was a really nice apartment hotel about 10-15 mins walk from the railway station. We didn’t walk to the old town because of the heat (29 C) but the tram was convenient enough and the 717 bus outside took us to Schweizingen which was well worth the visit. Would have given a 10/10 but for the a/c being out of operation in the whole hotel for the 3 nights we were there and our room was very hot and uncomfortable with just a small window opening in full sun. It was disappointing the the fault wasn’t fixed the same day though we did see some fans being issued as we were leaving."
