TRES BIEN

Hoshinoya Taketomi fue una experiencia hermosa y aún más especial porque celebramos nuestro aniversario de 10 años allí. La isla es espectacular y el servicio fue excelente. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Sara, quien nos ayudó desde el check-in y siempre estuvo dispuesta a orientarnos con información del hotel y de la isla. Muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Gracias por hacer nuestra estadía aún más especial.

Rooms are big, comfortable and well organised Pool is nice and big, very kids friendly Restaurant is good but if you don’t have a car and it is the only option then it’s quite always the same menu A good onsen is missing and the beach is not as nice as elsewhere (no crystal clear water) On the bright side the hotel is well organised in terms of shuttle transfer and some activities They didn’t reply to my email when I requested some information about activities about a month before my trip so I had to organise everything when I arrived which was not so convenient but I could do all I wanted despite golden week period Finally the eco friendly policy also means they don’t make your bed on a daily basis and they don’t even clean the floor even if there is sand in the room; which I don’t get the relation to environment but I get the cost savings … however they change your towels…
