Staff was very nice and helpful. Just that the building is showing its age. The bathroom was very small and didn't have a sink (the sink was outside of the bathroom). The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, not much of a selection of items.

It's obvious that the property has completed recent upgrades, visible in the room which look nice. Overall, there was an appearance of cleanliness especially in the sleeping area of the room however the pest / bug control box sitting in the entry to the stairwell was a bit unsettling. The planter with damp soil sitting in the cardboard box in the corner of that stair area wasn't a confidence builder. Staff assured us that the pest control bug boxes were a preventative measure, told me to "read the reviews" and in fact, we had no visible encounters with pests. As other reviews mention, the new beds are sort of rock hard. Lobby smells musty when you first enter, that was the only location where that was noticeable. We didn't eat breakfast there but noted fresh fruit, yogurt, other options including bulk food containers (peanut butter, jug of syrup, gallon of milk) available for guests to self-serve from. Staff we met in the morning were super friendly.

Almost perfect...
Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Breakfast choices were good. I would give 5 stars, but the water flow in the shower was minimal, making a shower take longer than expected.

Great location!
This hotel is in a great location, close to dining and GreenBay! We never felt unsafe while out and about. The beds are very firm , very little give, and up high off the ground which may be challenging for short people or people with disabilities. The room was very spacious. There was an extra sitting chair which was nice. The shower head never had a full stream but did improve as time went by. The free breakfast included waffles, bread, jelly, pb, blueberry muffins, bananas, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, coffee and juice. It was very quiet here on our Thursday and Friday night stay. Room 108 has an ice machine right across from it which is unpleasant at 5am. We would consider staying here again if the beds were a tad softer. The pool and hot tub were operating during our visit.

We arrived around midnight, but staff was very prompt and friendly. So even though we were exhausted we had an easy and pleasant check-in experience. The continental breakfast had few choices, but was adequate. The make-yourself-waffles were an unexpected bonus. The hallways could have used some new paint. The hotel could use a little TLC but overall our room and the lobby area were nice.

Good, simple motel. Clean; nice new beds; good breakfast. Minor complaint--old mattresses piled up outside the back facing rooms not a good look, but didn't affect our stay. Would stay here again.

The handicap room is the farthest from the lobby and pool, and there is no handicap parking or sidewalk ramp at that end of the building.

Everything at this hotel was great except the beds. They need to be updated. They were older beds and very used which is a very important part to the hotel business. Staff was very friendly hotel was very clean. No non dairy optioms besides toast for breakfast.
