Live the beach life in Oceanside at this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, multi-level, dog-friendly escape! Along with the two cozy bedrooms, there is a bonus room with two beds, a Smart TV, and it is connected to the hallway bedroom through a Jack and Jill bathroom. Everything you need is right at your fingertips from the fully-equipped kitchen, a game of pool (friendly competition, of course!), to enjoying the breeze on the rooftop deck! Take a stroll to the infamous Oceanside Pier which is only a 7-minute walk. The prime location of this home is perfect for families who want to relish in a beautiful neighborhood but still want to be walking distance to all of the fun Oceanside has to offer!

- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $50 pet fee per night, per dog. Up to 2 dog(s) allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that on Airbnb these fees are collected after the booking has been paid and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are located on the front patio and outside the front door.
- There is no air conditioning in this home. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and there are extra tower fans.
- This home is not child proofed. The upstairs open loft area has a standard height railing, there are a lot of stairs throughout the home, and the rooftop deck ledge is standard height.
- The fireplaces are to not be utilized.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty
(30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
- If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
