Although the grill is for common use among the various residents staying in the various rentals it all worked out. We were within walking distance to the beach as it was only about 2 blocks from the rental. There were a number of restaurants within walking distance as well. We really did not take our car out much during the time that we stayed in this rental. We also went to Sunset market which is like a farmers market with different types of foods, It is held every Thursday and it was again within walking distance for all of us. The location is just a couple blocks from an short walk to the beach. Petite Madeline’s was an awesome breakfast place a couple blocks away. The view from the rooftop deck w a glass of wine was much appreciated after a long day of business meetings. The place is clean n had everything we needed. I would recommend. ##### Laurie H. Britt was remarkable to work with, and always responded quickly to any of my questions. The location is close to numerous places to eat without needing a car. The ocean is also an easy walk.
