    Casa Arbolitos is a cozy, practical Oceanside home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fully updated kitchen includes stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig, and blender—everything you need to cook at home.

    Indoor dining and a concrete patio with reclining chairs, small tables, and a Weber charcoal grill (charcoal & lighter fluid provided) make meals easy, inside or out. Relax in the living room with smart TV and satellite/cable, stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning/heating, and take care of laundry with the in-unit washer and dryer.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Very simple. Please use the laundry room & supplied detergent to wash the towels you use, & get them into the dryer. The washer only takes a half hour & then just put the towels in the dryer please.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

You will be staying in someone's home, please treat it with care and respect. • Washer and dryer provided please wash towels used before leaving

• AC turned off when going out. Windows/doors closed when AC is on. AC kept at min of 72. No using garage tools etc. No charging EV vehicles.

• Please roll trash bins in garage out at curb by Wednesday evening for Thursday am pick-up. Bring bins in Thursday evening after pick-up.

Terrific Location and Very Clean

Perfect home base for exploring North County San Diego, including Oceanside and Carlsbad beaches. 10-mile paved bike path to coast runs from the neighborhood to Oceanside Marina and beach areas. Peter is a terrific host. Very helpful and super easy to communicate with. House was spotless. Highly recommend.

Spacious and comfortable for 5 adults

We were a family with 5 adults in town for a wedding and the spacious 4 bedroom house was just right for us. The beds were super comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet (even though there is construction happening behind the house on weekdays). It was always about a 13 min drive to the beach. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the coffee provided. Thank you for having us.

Great Location / Great Price

This house was perfect for our family to visit Cali for the Marine Graduation. The rooms are spacious along with the bathrooms. The house is very detailed on how things work and where things are located, making it very easy to navigate. Highly recommend due to the nice neighborhood and you can't beat the price.

Excellent property and even better host

These vacation rentals are always hit or miss. This was the best vacation rental experience we have had. The host, Peter, was fantastic. He checked in on us making sure we had what we needed and even allowed us to extend our stay a day when we found out we had a day to spare. The house was clean, roomy, well stocked and to make everything easy most everything was labeled. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a top notch get away.

Great value stay!

This vacation rental was immaculately clean! The check-in process was seamless as our host Peter sent me detailed instructions. Casa Arbolitos is a spacious home full of nice amenities. So much is new including all the kitchen appliances, flooring and carpet. There were so many unexpected things included in the kitchen cabinets such as coffee, tea, spices,and oils. Dishes, utensils and cookware were plentiful. The beds, linens and bath showers were great! Also, the A/C works great! It was obvious that Peter is making his way through the house and updating Room to room. This large 4 bedroom home is a great value and we hope to return!
