The Sweet Spot \~ G120 at NCV The Sweet Spot is a special south-facing getaway that affords privacy and serenity. This 762-square-foot property is beautifully updated with a contemporary feel; the interior is stylish yet comfortable, and features a stunning stone fireplace wall. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress, a chair, and a recliner. The kitchen has been updated with Corian countertops and stainless appliances, and is equipped with dishes, new cookware, serving pieces and utensils. The bedroom has an Eastern King bed, with extra blankets, luggage racks, and there is a gorgeous updated bathroom with Corian counters and glass tile backsplash. There are ceiling fans in all rooms as well as extra tower and pedestal fans in the closets. You'll find two Smart TV's, cable television, and Cox wireless internet, all provided free for your convenience and entertainment. One reserved parking space in the underground garage comes with this condo. When you're ready to hit the beach, there are beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler. Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet. North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for both couples and families from around the world. The complex consists of nine 4-story buildings surrounded by 2-story cottages, on several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross-this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! Swim in the Olympic sized heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. The furniture is extremely comfortable! The amenities are great! Proximity to everything. If I come back to this area I would stay at this unit time & time again!! It is a beautiful property with lush vegetation and palm trees. It is right on the popular Strand Beach in Oceanside. This unit was greatly located and quiet.I would certainly like to return.
