A lot of attention to upgraded details. Loved the fully opening glass front doors on the main levels, was like bringing the beach inside. It is the perfect place to hold a corporate/work retreat with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom. And the views are breathtaking! The amenities are sparse however particularly in the kitchen. It has the essentials but be prepared to bring all of your own supplies; trash bags, spices, detergent, etcetera. I love the place and would recommend it to any large group. ##### Darla S. Reviewer Comments: There were 17 adults and children getting together for my wife and I for our Wedding Vow renewal. The house was wonderful and served all of our needs. We have stayed in many beachfront rental properties and this was far and away the best. The property had everything we needed and we would recommend it to anybody. Reviewer Comments: Great house. exactly as pictures show it. we spent most of the time on the middle floor where the kitchen is. wish we had more time there, but was a great place. rooms were great. The keypad to the garage was broken when we got there and the heating was broken as well. both were fixed immediately. really nice house in a great location. right on the beach. would go again. beware: late checkin at 4pm, and early checkout at 10am. They say they need this to turn the whole house over, and it's a big house. but beware that it is late and early. only wish they would provide more garage openers than the single one. but not a big deal since they had a code for the garage ##### chris h. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is great but it’s on a beach that is missing sand. We went for my wife’s birthday and had multiple people there and multiple people were bleeding from the ocean because you cannot hang out right there where the surf is because there’s rocks that will cut you. They did not disclose that to us, we asked them because of another review and they lied and said that the beach was wonderful and the beach was re-sanded and everything was nice. That was a complete lie and now they offered us 10% off of our next visit if me book within the next 30 days. We spent nearly $10,000 on a home we couldn’t use the beach. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All families should know that there is NO BEACH AND NO BEACH ACCESS. It’s all rocks now. Our family has vacationed on the strand in Oceanside for several years. The last time was 4/5 years ago. Read about the problem with the beaches on the strand before spending a lot of money. This house was nice but our trip was ruined because we are a beach/sea family. No walks on the beach, no boogie boarding for the kids, even the locals drive to areas where there is a beach. SO SAD because we love the Oceanside strand. Umbrellas need to be replaced and lights are needed on the top level. We hung out on the roof to enjoy the ocean. You cannot see the ocean from the bottom level.. the rocks are in the way.
