"A beautiful hotel at the heart of downtown Sydney, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent. Will stay again when back in Sydney."

"The Shangri‑La Sydney views were incredible, the rooms felt luxurious. The staff where lovely and would go over the top to accommodate anything which made the whole experience feel special. The kids were completely in their element, so much so that when it was time to pack up, they practically staged a protest because they didn’t want to leave. It was one of those trips where everyone, adults included, felt genuinely sad to say goodbye."

"Great location. The rooms were newly renovated and spacious. The gym was decent and had access to the pool area. Check-in was quick and smooth, and staff was very attentive. Booked through Expedia and got a great deal , although the room was next to the elevator. I thought this could be a problem with noise/high traffic, but that wasn’t the case at all. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely return."
