"The resort premises were very well maintained and pristine. Our room was clean, well-designed, and had up-to-date amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. There is plenty to do both in and around the resort - there are things to do guests of all ages. Staff can help facilitate transportation and activities outside of the resort premises which is great for those who want the luxurious experience without feeling stuck in a luxurious resort. Plenty of food options too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day!
Just some things to note:
• Locals do come onsite to sell locally made good so no need to go out to buy souvenirs.
• Much of what you can do or buy can be charged to your room so you don’t need to have a lot of cash on hand to pay for the activities or food.
• You can purchase good and services with cash or card if preferred, however, all card transactions carry a 3% surcharge.
• The hotel provides toiletries such as toothbrush, soap, toothpaste, combs, robes, etc.
• Food from the fish bar (adult only area) it’s not included in the all-inclusive package but drinks are."
