Ocean Club South is one of the smaller condo complexes in New Smyrna Beach, located on the NO DRIVE beach, allowing for a quieter & less crowded pool and beach area. Our condo is newly furnished, very clean and nicely appointed. The open floor plan is great for entertaining, and the balcony is ideal for enjoying morning sunrises. Our townhouse is located on the second and third story of a direct ocean front building. On the second floor, enter into the main living area. It's furnished with a large comfortable couch which can pull out into a queen-sized bed. There is a table for 4 and 4 barstools at the breakfast bar. The balcony overlooks the ocean and has two chairs and a side table & two high top chairs. The well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking a yummy meal, and a full bathroom (walk-in shower) are downstairs. A quick walk up the stairs will take you to the second story with two bedrooms and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo). The kitchen boasts everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Functional cooking essentials include a Keurig coffee maker & a filter less 12-cup programmable Coffee Maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, griddle and more. You'll find that you won't have to leave the condo for oceanfront dining as the table for four has an incredible view of the sea. All new plates, glasses, and stemware are available for your use. The family room is comfortably furnished with a large couch which pulls out to a queen-sized sleeper sofa, swivel armchair, and a Smart TV complete with cable, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus & ESPN streaming service apps. Our unit has High Speed Internet. Though every spot in the condo is lovely, your favorite will be its oceanfront balcony. In the morning, sip your coffee here and watch the sun rise over the waves. The private balcony has a sweeping view of the ocean, and miles of sandy shore. Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, Smart TV, dresser, and nightstands. This bedroom also has sweeping views of the ocean! Your guests can call the second bedroom their own as it provides a twin over double bunk bed, a Smart TV, and ample dresser and closet space. The second full bathroom is upstairs. This condo is equipped with plenty of linens, beach towels, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys, bocce ball, two boogie boards and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. Just pack your bag and come and relax! Our condo complex has private tennis courts, shuffleboard, charcoal grills, and an on-site laundry facility should you need it. The pool is direct oceanfront on the no drive portion of the beach in New Smyrna. There is no railing, fencing, or landscape to block the incredible view. A raised, covered gazebo is also on our pool deck to escape the sun as desired. We provide plenty of towels (beach and bath), comfy blankets for those movie nights, all linens, as well as plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish & dishwashing soap, 1lb of Dunkin Donuts coffee/creamers, and general cleaning supplies. We want you to come with a bag packed and truly enjoy yourselves! The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach: New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon. From the moment walking in, the grand views are more than breathtaking. The home is well-appointed, including everything one could need. It was more of a surprise that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards to enjoy. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, decor cute and condition of condo excellent. Includes extra fans, bedding, and pillows. The condo is great, pool clean and well-maintained. The ocean was RIGHT there, little walking and perfect for enjoying. More importantly, the beach is fairly quiet and with very reduced crowds. Even during the summer, some days there was just my family enjoying the beach. It was great. Of note, we had a slight damper to the stay, (of no responsibility from the owner) However, she was amazingly accomodating and the epitome of a great VRBO host despite it being out of her control. We would certainly stay again without a question the next time we head out to the East Coast. ##### Brandon M. We really enjoyed the balcony as we felt like we were on the beach but were able to stay out of the sun in the middle of the day. The decor was very nice and looked new. The condo is extremely clean and stocked for anything you could think of. The view of the ocean is incredible and it’s a quick walk to the pool or ocean. There are beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and a cooler for you to take to the beach and even on a holiday weekend, there were plenty of spots. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. We saw dolphins and we were able to watch a rocket launch from the beach. It is very easy to get to the pool and beach. The condo was well supplied with towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, nightlights, dishes, pots and pans, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags. There were even coffee pods and creamers for the Keurig. The property is very family friendly and quiet. The condo is two levels with the bedrooms upstairs. There are stairs to climb to access the condo. We loved our stay and were very sad to leave. ##### Melissa S. Second story condo with two floors tastefully decorated and very family friendly. Out the door and toes in the sand in 60 seconds. All the little things were thought of; snacks, coffee, chilled water filter pitcher, lots of outlets and USBs, nightlights, beach chairs and toys. The weather was too nice to take advantage of the TVs or the board games. We enjoyed every sunrise from the balcony. Very quiet condo community. This place is quite amazing!! ##### Jennifer S. This has been our second extended stay at this property and we could not be happier. Since our last visit the owners have continued to upgrade and enhance the condo...which was already in excellent condition. We have found it to be well equipped and the owners are very responsive to any questions that you might have. As everyone continues to mention, the location on the beach is amazing. Not only can you sit on the patio and enjoy the surf, but on each of our visits we were able to watch multiple space launches from the beach.
