This home is located on directly on the ocean on one of the rare, traffic-free beaches in Volusia county! Highlights of Margarita Manor: \- Direct, Oceanfront \- Traffic-free beach \- Private, oceanfront Pool \- Large, covered pool-side patio \- Outdoor Kitchen/Bar \- Sundeck with lounge furniture \- Second Floor Oceanfront Balcony \- Fully Remodeled Kitchen \- Two car garage \- Directly across from dining/shopping/grocery \- TVs in every bedroom This gorgeous, oceanfront home is outfitted with everything needed for a fantastic beach trip! The private, outdoor oasis really sets the tone for the whole trip. An oceanfront pool is surrounded by a sundeck with an abundance of outdoor loungers. Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, this pool is not heated. From the sundeck, you can walk through your private, wooden beach entrance and feel your toes in the sand. The other side of the pool hosts a fun, covered patio which includes an outdoor kitchen, and a luxurious lounger. The outdoor kitchen includes a mini-fridge, sink, and propane grill. The covered patio is connected to the pool house. The pool house includes one guest bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the garage. This is a great room for those seeking solace from the hustle and bustle of the main house. The other side of the pool deck leads into the first floor of the main house. The remaining bedrooms are all on the first floor of the main house. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, separate access to the pool deck, and an ensuite bathroom which includes a gorgeous, walk-in shower. The primary suite holds a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom features a garden tub, double vanity, and spacious, walk-in shower. Another guest bedroom holds a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom including a lovely, tiled walk-in shower. Also adjacent to this bathroom is the last bedroom and it's perfect for tiny travelers! It features two twin/full bunk beds and even includes two twin trundle beds allowing for up to 8 guests in just this bedroom. The second floor of the home holds the living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and oceanfront balcony. The second level's open floor plan allows for endless ocean views! The oceanfront living room features a large sectional and flat-screen TV. The dining area is adjacent to the fully remodeled kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and features additional counter space between the dining area and kitchen. The home includes a convenient laundry room as well as a 2-car garage and driveway. This home allows for up to 4 vehicles or the motorcycle equivalent. Please note that we do not allow trailer parking on-site but can refer you to an off-site parking company upon request. Please be aware that the garage is fully manual so you would open and close it manually if you wanted to utilize it. Ormond Beach is a quieter beach-side town home to mostly full-time and seasonal residents. It offers travelers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still only being a 15-20 minute drive from the majority of Daytona Beach's most popular attractions and events. This home is directly across from a Publix shopping plaza. The plaza includes restaurants, shops, and Florida's favorite grocery store - Publix! The rooms were clean, the pool was cold,but that was the cooler weather at the time we were there. Spacious and private. We had a couple of issues but as soon as i contacted them, they were there early the next morning to correct the issues. The only drawback I noted was the very narrow driveway. We had 5 adults and 5 kids. 2 adults and 2 more kids were suppose to attend but couldn’t last minute. We definitely would have had the room for them if they came. The house was perfect for us. Our only complaint the whole stay was no TV in the outside kitchen/pool area. We really looked forward to watching football games while being in the pool, but that unfortunately didn’t happen since there was no tv. I did see a review from another customer prior to our stay that there wasn’t a TV but I just figured it would have been replaced by the time of our stay. Anyways, besides that our stay was great. The beds were comfy which was a big plus. The pool was huge and deep (probably 8feet ) in the deep end, the kids loved jumping in. The Publix and Dollar Tree across there street was a great convenience. Oh can’t forget we saw dolphins swim past the house every morning. We would definitely stay again. ##### Ashley F. The pictures of the layout are very misleading. Two of the rooms are not connected to the house. One you access by the pool and the other through the garage.The stairs inside the house are unsafe. There is no rail or light to see where you are stepping. The ad says there is a TV outside but it was broken before our stay and the owners did not replace it. The facia boards are falling out by the pool. The courtyard is not inviting and is mostly overgrown. The sofa is big but it is worn out and not very comfortable. The house sleeps 16 but only seats 10 to eat. The porch is extremely hot and not shaded. The kitchen stovetop is cracked and broken, which meant we couldn’t use several eyes. The floor is coming up in several places and we had people trip multiple times during our stay. The house does have two refrigerators which are nice for large families. ##### Carolyn H. We had some plumbing issues. The management got some one out to clear the septic tank, but that didn't really solve the issue. We were not able to use two of the toilets. Watch out for the stairs. First of all, Ice makers in every refrigerator were not hooked up. When I asked the property manager she said well we don’t advertise that. Pool was soo cold we couldn’t enjoy it. There is a heater next to it that’s broken. Yet again when I called about this, I get well we didn’t advertise it as being heated. “Heater and pump house is pictured online”. Keurig coffee pot broke, we bought pods for it, they sent us another coffee pot 4 days into the trip, NOT a keurig. So still couldn’t use it. One garage door is broken. Yet again when called they just told us how to open it manually. They had definitely had this call before and didnt fix the issue. This house definitely needs a massive scrub down, Shower curtains were even moldy. They gave us one trash bag for the whole house. All together it seems it’s been neglected for to long. Otherwise it is poorly furnished - no where to sit in any of the bedrooms as there are no chairs in any of those rooms. There were a few problems - no coffee maker, no hot water in one of the rooms, and the manager quickly responded - that was the best part of this property. The home was as presented, clean and comfortable. We loved hanging out on the deck, bar by pool and beach. Communication with the owner before, during and after was seamless. The house is gorgeous with a beautiful open upstairs floor plan. The pool and side bar probably received more use than the house itself! The added benefit of stepping right off your personal stairway to the beach was fabulous. In addition to the in-ground pool, the direct access to the beach and the close proximity to the Publix shopping center provided convenience for both the adults and children in our group. The main upstairs floor contained a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living space - all appeared newly upgraded and nicely decorated. The sun-deck off of the living room was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the ocean view. All bedrooms were on the ground level with three of them toward the front (west-side) of the house. The primary bedroom was spacious with a roomy en-suite bathroom and soft king-sized mattress. The kids room had two adequately sized sets of bunk beds (that also included trundle beds that we did not use) so our little ones slept comfortably. One guest room was rather small with a queen bed and a nearby hallway bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms (on the east side of the house with poolside entrances) also had queen beds, but each had an en-suite bathroom. Although this did not prove to be a problem for our group, both of these bedrooms required guests to walk outside to get to the main living area. Note: the bedroom that was in the separate pool house had a smaller window air-conditioner that was a bit noisy and was difficult to set an accurate temp. Our family truly enjoyed our time in Ormond Beach at this unique 5 bedroom beachfront home! ##### Elizabeth J. Cleaning crew was still there at check in but they were very friendly as we came running in. Quiet even though neighbors are close. More than enough space for everyone.
