This home has something for everyone -- whether you are looking for sun and adventure or looking for serenity right off the bay. The home has been updated with brand new beds in every bedroom and four smart TVs.

There are two primary bedrooms on separate floors with their own private bathrooms -- perfect for multiple families. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, Keurig and drip coffee options, a blender, and all the kitchen essentials you need to whip up a gourmet meal or your favorite drink. The home has high-speed WiFi - great for streaming or working from home.

We allow up to two well-behaved dogs during your stay. If you choose to bring a dog (or two), please let us know at time of reservation. There is a $100 fee for guests who bring dogs.

The community has amazing amenities that available for an additional fee of $225 per stay. The fee covers everyone in the group for the whole duration of the stay. These amenities include a large clubhouse, indoor/outdoor pools, grills, kayak launch, game room, fitness center, and hot tub. The outdoor pool is generally open between Memorial Day and Labor Day each year.

A $50 fee will charged to the guest if the amenities keyfob is lost/not returned.
