Just 500 ft from white sandy beaches and the sparkling Atlantic, this spacious home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and sleeps 12\. When you are not basking in the sunshine on the beach or bobbing waves in the ocean, spend time cooling off and relaxing in the private pool! The Space: Read rules prior to booking! You must be 28 or older to book and stay. Welcome to Cherry Bomb, managed by Brunswick Vacation Rentals! Cherry Bomb has a reverse floor plan and offers stunning ocean views from the top floor where the living room, kitchen and dining room are located. The spacious and very comfortable living room offers two plush couches and a love seat that surround a large flat-screen Smart TV with cable. The kitchen is fully stocked and has beautiful stone countertops, a large kitchen island, and offers appliances including a commercial refrigerator and separate refrigerator specifically for your drinks. There's plenty of seating available for meal times with two tables offering seating for 11, and 3 additional seats which can be found along the kitchen island, for a total of 14\. Kitchen amenities include a tea kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and crockpot. The lower level is where the master suite is located which has a King-sized bed, access to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a double vanity and beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Also on this level is a second bedroom containing a Queen bed and a third bedroom which has one twin-over-twin bunk bed as well as a Queen bed. These two rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom which has a stand-alone shower. Two additional bedrooms can be found on the top floor, one with a King and the other with a Queen, each with en-suite bathrooms with a tub/shower combo. All five bedrooms have a flat-screen TV with cable. For added convenience, an elevator is available, providing easy access to all levels of the home. Whether you're carrying groceries or simply want to avoid the stairs, this thoughtful amenity ensures that everyone can move effortlessly throughout the property. Take in the coastal breeze on one of the four balconies. Two of which are located on the front of the home, and afford beautiful ocean views, while the two in the back overlook an oasis with private pool, coastal landscaping. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old. NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind NO Pets owner is severely allergic — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking. We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Use at your own risk. Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool. The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers. \*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS\* \*\*PLEASE NOTE: If you booked PRIOR to March 17, 2024, your reservation does NOT include towels and linens. We had a golf cart but the beach was within walking distance. The nicest thing...they had a cooler with some drinks when we showed up from past traveler and then we left some for whoever is next. The house was so nicely appointed it even had books, puzzles and board games. Would stay here again in a minute. ##### Steven A. We loved the porches and the abundance of seating available on them. The kitchen was fantastic and well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with good closet space. Bathrooms were very clean. The towels provided were disappointing. One per person and they were not very big. Beds were very comfortable. Having an elevator was very helpful on check in and check out days. The kids enjoyed the pool and again, plenty of seating there as well. Overall an excellent stay! ##### Cindy L. Our family enjoyed every bit of this house. Thankful for the elevator as the house is 3 storys and carrying luggage upstairs was tough but we figured out the elevator so check out was a breeze. The house was very clean and presentable. Plenty of space as well. Highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future! ##### Sydnie J. Plenty of space for us! The living space/kitchen/dining was open, large and comfortable. Loved the decks, especially the front with view of the ocean. Everyone loved the pool to refresh after time on the beach. The beach access was close and quick to get to. We were happy to have an elevator to help with cargo as well as people. There was a lot of encouraged sharing going on as people left beverages in the beverage refrigerator, food wraps/baggies/basic seasonings/paper products/soaps/detergents/garbage bags, even though the property management leaves some starter products. We also left items for the next renters to use. Any questions directed to the host were promptly answered…as in, hit send on the email and a live response almost immediately. The storage closet under the house had a lot of fun toys/floats to use which was a plus. And an ice cream truck came directly to the house on Friday evening to treat everyone staying to a free treat! Such an appreciated surprise! Cherry Bomb was definitely a great place to stay. ##### Alice H. Quick walk to the beach, short drive for groceries or a meal out. The house was plenty big for our group of 10… we were able to be together to play games and enjoy meals, or retreat if we’d like peace and quiet.
