The bedrooms are supported by two bathrooms which include shower, bath and two toilets. The kitchen, dining, living area is well furnished and overlooks balcony with bbq and outdoor furniture. There is a small fenced yard out back. The living area includes tv, dvd, ipod, the kitchen is well equipped and includes microwave, dishwasher, and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and platters to cater for your entertaining needs. The townhouse has gas heating and reverse cycle air conditioning and fans to cater for all seasons. Laundry has washing machine and dryer. The townhouse is well furnished and fitted out and is an ideal location for short week-end stays, or longer holiday breaks. Doona covers, blankets and pillows provided. The house was well situated to supermarkets and eateries, and while the weather meant that we didn’t use the beach, we could still enjoy the view. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the check in process was seamless. The driveway is steep, and the garage is low (which is mentioned in the listing). Our standard Ute with a rack did not fit under, so be mindful of any vehicle that is slightly higher than standard. Small thing that was easily overcome, and should not hinder anyone wanting to stay at this wonderful property. ##### Calli M. It is modern, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The views are amazing looking out towards Barwon River and the ocean and watching the sunset. It’s the perfect location right near the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Suzanne is a great host who is always contactable.
