This 2 BR 2 BA unit is ready to make this your best vacation yet! The owner's attention to detail and style can be seen throughout. The living room has a beautiful composite flooring, new furniture, a stone centerpiece wall that features a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. The dining area consists of a beautiful wood table along with stylish bench seating and provides a great space for any work that might need to get done. The kitchen has granite countertops, tile backsplash, updated cabinetry, and of course stainless-steel appliances. The chef in the family will love being able to cook and still be part of the phone nearby. The main bedroom has a queen size bed along with a newly renovated bathroom. The shower will remind you of being in a 5-star hotel. Bedroom two also has a queen size bed. The den area has been converted into a sleeping area and has two twin beds. There are barn doors that slide to provide privacy. Both the second bedroom and den share the 2nd bathroom which also has been beautifully updated with a tub/shower combination. In the evenings, you will enjoy those cool summer breezes as you relax on the large deck! The Sea Watch is one of the premier buildings in Ocean City and is known for its abundance of amenities. You will enjoy both and indoor and outdoor pool, a basket court, three tennis courts, a playground, a volleyball court, a movie theater, a game room, a billiards room, sauna and workout area. Come stay with us anytime of the year, enjoy all the amenities that this unit offers and create your own Ocean City memories! THINGS TO KNOW: \* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. \* A non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival at the guard station: $75 cash or credit card (Fee in effect May 1st- Oct. 31st ) It includes 1 parking space in a covered garage (7' clearance). An additional spot may be available for an additional fee, except for July 3-5th. \* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping condominium complex and is prohibited in the condo, on the balcony as well as all public areas. \* Sorry no pets allowed. \* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25\. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends. \* This condo is on the 8th floor. Sea Watch is an elevator building. \* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 115th street. \* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels. \* The indoor pool is open March 27th- Oct. Getting there was easy and the parking garage was great to have. There is a spot to park while you unload your vehicle before you continue to your parking spot. The property is very clean and the building amenities were nice. The condo was clean upon arrival and well stocked. The building is big and there a lot of people there but we didn’t have any excess noise or anything. Once inside the unit, it feels like you’re in a house rather than a condo. We had no issues so we didn’t need to contact the host at all. Great beach right outside the building. It does fill up quick so we had to go out early and reserve our spot but that wasn’t bad at all. I stayed with my young kids and elderly mother... the unit was able to accommodate both - which is a tall order. A walk-in shower for mom, a tub for the littles - twin beds and gaming console kept my boys happy and quiet long enough for me to make dinner in peace! And mom could watch all the activity on the beach if she wasn't feeling up to a full beach day. The washer/dryer and front area for sand toys and boards was so helpful... The unit was modern, clean and very thoughtfully stocked. We stay in a lot of VRBOs and i find it annoying when the host only provides the barest minimum of supplies...this unit came with plenty of paper towel, hand soap, detergent, paper plates, etc... it was so refreshing! The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
