This oceanfront escape is a wonderful base for your coastal adventures, offering a shaded balcony overlooking the beach, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and such conveniences as central AC and a washer/dryer. There's even a flatscreen TV in the living room and each of the two bedrooms, ensuring that you'll be entertained every moment you're not on the beach. Situated just across the dunes from the ocean, Fountainhead Towers offers access to community amenities that include a beachfront swimming pool, a tennis court, and a sundeck. You'll be practically across the road from the Gold Coast Mall, a matter of steps from restaurants and groceries, three-quarters of a mile south of Northside Park, and only two miles south of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping across the Maryland-Delaware state line. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking please (including on the oceanfront balconies and in other common areas) Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. It provided great views of the beach and pool area and comfortable living room seating for movies after a long day at the beach. The building seems to have less units than some of the larger condos in the area which made elevator access much easier. The pool area always had seating as well. The ocean view was amazing and the large open deck with access from the master bedroom and living room was a bonus. The updated kitchen was absolutely beautiful and large dining room table was perfect for meals and playing boardgames. Building staff was friendly and communication with Vacasa was exceptional. The furniture was in great shape, and the beds were comfortable. The unit even had fans for each room, which is a must for my family. It also had an iron and ironing board.
