Oceana II 407 is a homey, beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with magnificent view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Oceana II 407 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The cozy living room is furnished with a comfy couch, three arm chairs, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is an elegant dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide countertop, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a personal television, a private bathroom, and balcony access. The second bedroom has a double bed, two twin beds, and a personal television, perfect for kids. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Last hoorah of summer

Location and property company were fantastic,condo is decent,typical beach condo,however the cleaning people do not do a good job at all,i ended up mopping all the floors on the 1st day because my feet were black from the amount of dirt,some sand i expect,but not black sticky floors,counters all needed cleaned,bathroom shower i had to scrub,also a hole in shower cutain,small things like that,overall a good place though !!!

Disappointing accommodations

There was no molding in the bathroom. Not sure who put the floors in. The floors were soft and felt uneven. Half the lights in the place needed replacing. The bathtub drain was clogged and a plumber needed to be called in. My sister stayed in the same building and had a great unit.

Great time. Cute place Sandy floors 😭

The lobby is a sweat box, as well as the elevator. No shade at pool or tables. And very few chairs. Over all a great stay. I would return.

I loved the layout of this condo. The master bedroom was spacious, private and had a great view.

Although I like the overall space of this condo, it could you some TLC. The second bedroom could you room darkening/ privacy blinds do to the fact that the window faces the outside hallway were people often walk by and a permanent light stays on. The main bathroom which was quite big ( a definite plus ) had no towel racks to hang wet towels and no bath mats! The blender in the kitchen was old and didn’t work. The master bedroom could use an upgrade on its curtains ( they are very difficult to open and close do to the way the curtain rods were installed. Lastly a fresh coat of paint would go along way. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would rent this condo again but I would hope to see some of these minor improvements done for a better stay.

OVERALL NICE PACE TO STAY WITH AN AMAZING VIEW!!!

THERE WERE A FEW MAINTENANCE ISSUES AND KITCHEN COULD HAVE BEEN STOCKED A LITTLE BETTER, BLENDER DIDN'T WORK AND NO PITCHERS. UNIT COULD USE UPDATING AND THE PULL OUT IS CRAP, SO WE ENDED UP TAKING THE MATTRESS OFF AND USING IT RIGHT ON THE FLOOR.I BELIEVE THE PICTURES SHOWED TWO COUCHES AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE. I WOULD SAY THE UNIT SLEEP 6 COMFORTABLE MORE THEN 8. FULL SIZE BED IS REALLY SMALL AND AGAINST THE WALL. WE WERE A GROUP OF ALL SIZES SO MAYBE TWO SKINNY PEOPLE THAT WANT TO SNUGGLE UP WOULD HAVE BEEN BEST IN THAT BED. THE KING IS THE MASTER BED ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE BIG WINDOW VIEW THAT OPENS ALL THE WAY UP SO YOU CAN SEE AND HEAR THE WAVES IS AMAZING. THE SHADE ONT HE BALCONY CAME IN HANDY TO PUT DOWN WHEN THE SUN WAS JUST RIGHT IN YOUR FACE. I WOULD SAY WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME AND THE LITTLE THINGS DIDN'T HOLD US BACK. WE WOULD RENT THIS UNIT AGAIN JUST NOT FOR 8 OF US.
