Suitable for 4 guests with a queen bed and a pull out sofa. Dining table and chairs tucked away to allow for more space. Enjoy your morning coffee on your own balcony area. Walkable to Jolly Rogers and numerous "locals" restaurants as well as a short walk to the beach. 1 dog allowed with pet fee. Guest Access: Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. Also, location was walking distance to Blu Crab restaurant and bar as well as fish tales. Both a great spots for drinks and food. Upon arriving there was plenty of parking, the property was well maintained, and the location was perfect. Not too far off the main drag but back far enough that it was quite. Scooby enjoyed the park right behind this location and we appreciate that there was a small section of grass right next to the property for him to do his business at. The rental was for the most part pretty clean and well maintained however, we did notice a layer of dust on some items.
