OCEAN BLOCK, OCEAN VIEW 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo on 37th St.! This updated condo is just steps to the beach and Atlantic Ocean and also only 10 blocks to the beginning of the famous boardwalk. Enjoy the large, open living area that leads to your private ocean view balcony. The kitchen has recent upgrades including granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. For your morning coffee fix, the condo is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, and basic cooking essentials, making it easy to start your day. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. You can enjoy streaming your favorite shows (with your login credentials) on the 75 in. Smart TV in the living room and the Smart TVs in each bedroom. You'll have two parking spaces, one assigned under cover and the other unassigned. Stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning and heating, and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. This condo is on the third floor and the building has an elevator. Experience the perfect blend of comfort and convenience at Sovereign Sea 302, your gateway to relaxation and fun by the ocean.  
  
This condo is in PRIME LOCATION. Your balcony overlooks Coconuts Beach Bar so you are steps to tons of fun! Coconuts is one of the few places in Ocean City where you can get served food and drinks on the beach! You are also within 10-12 blocks of tons of fun places including Seacrets, Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park, Barn 34, Shotti's Point, 45th St. Taphouse, Mini golf and lots more!  
  
\*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.  
  
\*\* Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $110. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.
