The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. The beautiful 3 BR 2 BA home features a large living area where the family can gather while watching the big screen TV, playing some games, enjoying some meals together at home or just relaxing on the comfortable furniture. There is beautiful hard wood style flooring throughout the living space with carpeting in the bedrooms. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and has everything you will need to prepare a meal. You'll also love the granite counter tops, tile back splash and the large island where friends and family can gather as the meal is being prepared. The bedrooms all have new beds/mattresses and have flat screen TVs for guest to enjoy. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower! There is a washer and dryer for guest use. Outside, the large front patio is the perfect place to hang and enjoy a cocktail or relax in the cool summer breeze! Located in the wonderful community of Montego Bay, there is no shortage of fun activities for the family to enjoy. The neighborhood was the best and this home may be the nicest place we've stayed in while in Ocean City. We would definitely stay here again. The porch was great for meals and playing card games in the evening. It was one of the main reasons why we chose this home and we're glad that we did. The pool (which was very well maintained) is only one street over and the beach is just a short drive away. Wish we could have stayed longer but maybe next year. There was plenty of space for four adults and two teenagers to enjoy time together, but also relax and have their own personal space. It has a very beachy feel and the kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and entertaining needs. The unit looked clean upon arrival, but it was also nice to have access to a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning tools to use if you would like to do a quick clean before or after your use of the space. The bathrooms were nice and spacious and having a hairdryer available in the unit was very convenient. Each bedroom had plenty of hanging and drawer space for your belongings along with multiple outlets for charging electronics. The front porch is a great covered space with plenty of seating for the entire family to enjoy the fresh air. I would have liked more supplies in the kitchen as it was difficult to even make breakfast for a family. The pans were quite scratched and not in good condition. There was no scraper to be found. We had to purchase a few things to be able to make meals. This is definitely a farther walk to the beach than we anticipated, but it is nice that the property sits back in and it's a perfect area for riding bike around the community. My major complaint is that we were charged a ridiculous amount to replace a cheap mini blind in the laundry room because they said we broke a piece off. I messaged the property management company several times to adamantly deny this happened during our stay. Not only did it not happen during our stay, there is also no way the mini blinds cost what I was charged to replace them. This feels very much like a scam to me, so I would be cautious about renting from them. At the very least, be sure to take pics of everything prior to leaving. I wish I had done that, but I've never had a problem renting on VRBO before. ##### Bridgette L.
