Sleeps 5 with a full bed, twin bunk beds, and queen sofa bed. Full kitchen (no dishwasher or washer/dryer), walk-in shower, and linens provided. Designated parking for 1\. Quiet, family-friendly vibe.  
  
Looking for a serene, cozy escape in the heart of Ocean City? Welcome to our 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom bayside condo on 28th Street (Robin Drive), perfectly tucked away on the top floor of a 3-story building overlooking a peaceful canal. It’s the perfect home base for families or friends who want to unwind and relax — while still being just a short walk from Ocean City’s famous boardwalk, beaches, and attractions.

Towels and linens provided for the full bed, two twin beds and sofa bed— no need to pack your own!

This is a quiet, family-friendly space — we welcome families and responsible, laid-back friend groups. This is not a party condo  
  
No smoking and no pets, please  
  
Third-floor walk-up — no elevator, but worth it for the view!

Come enjoy a peaceful, coastal stay just a couple of blocks from the action. Kick back in the comfortable condo, stroll to the beach, and soak in everything Ocean City has to offer. We’d love to host you!  
  
While we make every attempt to honor requests for an early check-in, please note that during the summer season, we may not be able to offer check-in before 4pm. If you plan to arrive at the property before 4pm, please let a member of our team know so we can try to accommodate you. If you have not spoken with our team, please plan to arrive at 4pm or later.   
  
We’ll follow up with a short online registration once you book. It’s fast, simple, and helps us prepare for your visit.  
  
For extra flexibility, consider adding trip insurance for a nominal fee. It can cover you if you need to cancel at the last minute.  
  
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous condo! The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable, which is super important to me. The view was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.
