Our family of 6 had a wonderful 5 night (Sunday-Friday) stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent most of our indoor time in the enclosed area of the balcony enjoying the sight and sounds from the beach. The Pyramid had lots of staff on site insuring a clean and smooth operation. Debbie responded quickly to our parking questions when we checked in late. Concerning parking: 1 spot is guaranteed for 40 for the stay. We had no problem getting a second car pass for a nightly fee as we were there during the week. We ended up with a third car there and had no problems parking it at a nearby church for a small nightly fee. We would gladly stay there again!

We had a really nice stay at this place. The view was great and it was so organized and clean inside. It’s very convenient with the pool and beach being so close (walking distance). Deb was easy to contact and helpful with questions. I would stay here again…

Very clean property! Debbie does an excellent job of maintaining her properties and having them feel like home. Nice location out of the rush but yet close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place with a great view!

This place is amazing! Recently updated, clean and so close to the beach. Watching the sun rise from the sun porch was breathtaking. Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. Debbie provided paper goods, towels and linens. We loved the enclosed balcony it gave us another enjoyable place to gather. My husband loved that we were on a lower level. The furniture on the enclosed balcony was very comfortable. The location was great for us, a short drive to Dewey in one direction and a short drive to the boardwalk and restaurants.

Excellence is Alive and Well

This oceanfront property is absolutely wonderful from convenience to amenities. The enthusiastic and welcoming landlady is without equal. She even has beach chairs - nice and comfy ones - for your use. The place is immaculately clean, including not only the unit but also the building. The TV in the living room is HUGE. The beach is steps away. The people staying here are nice. The only thing that was remotely award was checking the car in for parking. You have to go to a rental agency on site, and they were not open on Sunday and Monday during the time we were there. No big deal, but not as smooth-as-silk as everything else. We highly recommend this one, but please don't go when we want to go!

What a Special Place!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! To begin with communicating with Debbie was simple and seamless. The condo was even nicer than described. It was spotless and all the furnishings new and tastefully done , the views from the enclosed sunroom/ balcony were spectacular. The bedrooms were spacious, with plenty of storage, and the beds were super comfy. The watery/dryer is obviously new as were the kitchen appliances and dishes. This past weekend was especially sunny and warm which was a bonus in late October, but with easy access to the beach, we enjoyed our walks. We were also close to great restaurants that were still open, and Acme was right across the street. Believe me when I say I am fussy and particular about where I stay, but I can say this condo with all of its amenities was a genuine pleasure to stay in. My husband, son, and his wife were equally thrilled. Mary

The condo is beautiful. It was so nice that it was on the same floor as access to the pool and beach. The only thing I will say is the pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Maybe you could get a thicker mattress pad with extra foam or gel for the couch. Other than that everything was great. I hope to make this an annual trip.
