Only minor issue was there was no bathroom tissue in our other traveler's bathroom. Breakfast was adequate, standard variety and the seating area was clean and very comfortable. Great place to stay if you're visiting UT Martin. Only 20 minutes away. Perfect spot if you're visiting the Discovery Center "

We stayed here for my husband’s 60th birthday, and cherished time on the dock among huge Cypress trees with family. Just 6 minutes to the State Park (highly recommend the Pontoon boat lake tour & small museum!) & some old-school catfish & comfort food restaurants. "
