« Petit déjeuner de 7h à 10h, nous sommes descendus à 8h et il y avait 2 toasts qui traînait et 2-3 pains qui se couraient après. Une personne du personnel est passée en coup de vent, n'a rien rechargé. En partant, nous avons croisés 2 couples qui nous demandaient comment ils pouvaient atteindre le personnel. Ils n'arrivaient pas à rentrer dans leurs chambres et personne n'était présent, ni ne répondait au tel à 14h un samedi. »
