Hello Tamara, thank you for your review. We are happy that you liked the fact that we are a social enterprise, as well as the breakfast. As it is mention in the website you've booked through, we don't have pool or a spa in the hotel (We do offer massages and other services previously requested at reception). Regarding the elevator, we are a 2 floor hotel, and since we are on a eartquake zone we are not allow to have one. Once again, thank you for supporting our social project by staying with us.

Hello Patricia! We are very concerned about your review. We offered you an upgrade to a King Size Room to make you feel more confortable in it. I'm very sorry that you didn't feel welcoming. Rgearding the hot water, we didn't receive any comments at reception about it, neither from you nor from other guests. Comnunication is key for us to make our guests stay as pleasant as possible. We are located 12 min walking from the Zócalo, next to a local market and La Soledad church.

Just to clarify it, for ecofriendly purposes, only two of our rooms in the first floor don't have airconditioning (the coolest rooms), but the rest do have. And regarding our location, we're at the begining of downtown, less than 10 minutes walking from the main square as well as some popular restaurants as Criollo, Pisto al Pesto, Boulenc, Mogoñé and other options less than 5 minutes walking. It is not always necessary to arrange a cabe to get to some interesting places. We would have loved to provide you other alternatives nearby.
