It is 2200 square feet and was built in 2020\. It has five private bedrooms and two common areas. The upstairs common area has a pool table, couch, satellite tv, and table for games or more . The cabin has an amazing porch that overlooks the lake with steps to the water. On the porch, there is a fire pit and two grills. It is a great place to rest, fish, swim, boat, kayak, and enjoy family time. You can also park your boat on the bank and walk directly to the cabin. It's close to Oxford and Water Valley and makes for an amazing quiet getaway. We had the best weekend with our family at this beautiful lake house! It was very spacious, equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and super clean! The stairs from the house to the lake make this place an ideal location. We were able to tie up our boats right on the bank. The kids enjoyed playing in the water, fishing and kayaking right there also. Emily was a wonderful host and made checking in/out a breeze!
