It was pouring when we checked in; the valet was amazing. He helped load things into the cart without any hesitation.
Checking in, the gentleman was not as helpful. He was very short with me and didn’t even tell us what floor/room, hours for restaurant, anything. We arrived pretty late, so we were just going to get room service. Called and ordered chicken; about 20 minutes later they called back and said they were out of chicken. Sigh.
There were spiders and hair in the tub.
The staff in the restaurant itself though, for breakfast, were so nice. Food was pretty so-so.
We won’t stay there again.
