"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We sent the following to the property managers but never received a response: We especially love the location of this property and the tasteful interior touches that enhance the place. Some of the great things:- the fridge was new and clean- the cleaners did a great job in the bathroom and kitchen- the pillows and quilt covers did not smell too musty- the garden was nicely maintainedHowever, whilst we love staying here in this house (it’s our second time), we did notice that there were some small maintenance issues:- the lock on the bathroom/toilet wouldn’t work - the doors in the bedroom opposite the bathroom and laundry wouldn’t stay closed- on the cloudy days we had no hot water for showering - the rattan matting on the floors is much dirtier and more stained than it used to be- the vacuum cleaner bag was so full it was almost unusable & the telescopic rod doesn’t work (it keeps collapsing) - but the motor is still good so it just needs repairing not replacing🙂- the small frypan in the kitchen was particularly bad - the dvd player remote wouldn’t work & the eject button wouldn’t work unless you turned it off at the wall - some of the kitchen chairs have very loose backs (they all need some tightening/repair)- the back patio pavers were covered in sand in parts when we arrived and we couldn’t find an outside broomAlthough these are not major, I’m sure the next guests would really appreciate them being worked on!"

The accommodation is in a fantastic location, close to everything I needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.The property itself was comfortable, homely, and beautifully presented. The gardens were stunning, and I especially loved the abundant birdlife, which added to the tranquil atmosphere. The bathtub was an absolute highlight, a wonderful place to relax and unwind.Communication with the booking real estate team was excellent throughout the process. They were always friendly, professional, and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable.It was particularly convenient for me, as I had family staying at the nearby caravan park and was able to enjoy a pleasant walk to visit them each day. I felt safe and comfortable being on my own in the property also.A couple of small suggestions that may further enhance future guests' stays would be adding a blind to the kitchen window to help reduce the afternoon sun, and improving the visibility of the property number, as it was a little difficult to locate on arrival. The pull-out sofa in the second bedroom was also a little less comfortable than the other sleeping arrangements.Overall, these were only minor points in what was otherwise a wonderful stay. I am very grateful to the owners for sharing their beautiful property and creating such a welcoming space. Thank you again for a lovely experience."

"We loved our stay at Paradise cornerWould definitely stay here again.However the property was that clean on arrival and it would have been nice to have a starter kit of bin bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soup in bathrooms, instant coffee sachets etc as were staying for two weeks it was ok to purchase everything but for a short stay this would not be ideal"
