Stairs and services but worth the money, given low

My stay was overall good, I especially enjoyed the dinner at the bar and the local tea with berries. The room was not super clean but not dirty either, a bit worn out but tolerable for the price. Couple things to be aware of: to get into hotel you have to climb two flights of stairs covered with snow. Not fun if you have luggage and if guest is elderly or weak otherwise it is not suitable. Front desk was super helpful when I arrived at noon and even helped me fix internet on my phone. Although they didn't know how to call an official taxi that was allowed to drive after hours. ( Temporary restrictions due to riots). One concern is that my partner called the hotel at night to make sure I was up for the taxi and the front desk never called my room or mentioned it when I was leaving. It was all good and I was up anyway though. The trip down the two flights of stairs covered in snow( not icy though) with all of my luggage was awkward to say the least.

Пожалела что остановилась в этом отеле. Отель совсем не дотягивает на 4 звезды. Еле дотягивает до 2. Покрывало на кровати было грязным. Воды в номере нет. Дверь уборной шатается. Я забыла косметичку в номере, но мне его не вернули, сказали что не нашли. В общем не рекомендую здесь останавливаться.

Modern hotel

Small boutique hotel with a modern flair. Nice staff and amenities. The hotel restaurant has decent food and quiet atmosphere. The bar and lounge offer a good selection and comfortable surrounding.

Вежливы, приветливы. Но, в первый день выдали карту от занятого номера, на второй день коллеге моему в номер принесли чужой китель и рубашку после глажки, позднее забрали, но деньги за услугу намеревались получить. Заявляли кровать king size, предостпвили 2 узких одноместных... Скудный, однообразный "шведский стол". Документы о проживании выдать не смогли, т.к. мы бранировали и оплачивали через какую- то систему.... Не грязно, убираются, но окно и подоконник не мыты. Кондиционера не было. Карточки у коллег размагничивались не единожды.

シングルベッドというインフォメーションとはいえ、幅が１ｍありませんでした。

・バスタブがないのは仕方がないにしても、シャワードアがなく、簡単にドアが外れました。 ・お湯の調整が難しかったです。 ・シャンプー、バスジェルしかなく、あまり量を使わないと、３泊しましたが、２日目に部屋に戻ると、アメニティはそのままでした。つまり新しく変わっていませんでした。 ・バスタオルがパリパリでした。こちらの習慣なのか・・・ ・テレビのリモコンが電池切れでした。 ・部屋に時計はありませんでした。 ・冷蔵庫、ドリンク関係は一切はなかったです。 ・カザフスタンではこのレベルが４星ホテルなのでしょうか。

경유지여서 급히 예약한 호텔인데 만족해요!

객실 내부도 개끗했고 층에 정수기도 있었는데 모르고 안되는 영어로 설명해서 커피포트 부탁드렸는데 잔까지 챙겨서 주시더라구요^^ 너무 만족했습니다 건물 바로 뒷편가면 자그마한 마트도 있어서 급히 물이나 간단한 먹을거리 사는데 너무 좋았어요! 구글지도엔 마트가 멀었는데 바로 뒤라니 참고하세요^^

Отель очень хороший, но обслуживание отсутствует. Приехала ночью,замерзла да еще и прибалела, попросила стакан горячей воды - так и не принесли, звонила на ресепшн, только обещали, но так и не принесли.В день отъезда после сдачи номера долго ждала документы.

What is wrong with their wait staff?

Check in and check out were easy. Upon check in, we decided to have lunch at the hotel cafe. The waiter served my girlfriend the wrong meal and then refused to make good on his error and argued with us. When it came time to pay the bill he did not want to show me the final amount and kept grabbing for the cash in my hand. All very unusual. The rest of the stay was acceptable. Rooms were in need of an update, but everything was usable. Girls at front desk were nice and helped call for a Taxi with no problems.

Sleeping on a hard board.

Upon arrival our book was apparently not reserved, though we had a confirmation by Hotels.com; this was however no issue since the hotel was empty for 80% or more. Our first night was a disappointment because of the mattrass which was very hard (you could hardly push your finger in it for half an inch). After complaining they put duvets under the bed sheets. Since the hotel was mostly empty we did not have a breakfast buffet all the time and what's left is mostly omelettes to chose from; the fruit platter on the menu was not available. They did have freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice which was a very positive point for me. Rooms are relatively small and the shower is inside the bath (very high step in and out not suitable for elderly people). The cold outside is overcompensated inside: the room was too hot with no way to regulate the temperature so the only way to cool it down was by opening the window. The fitness room was a joke: 4m² with (2) badly working equipment. There was enough staff however (more than guests I had the impression) and they were very friendly and helpful. Would I go back? Maybe, I stayed in the Radisson in Astana a month earlier and that was definitely not worth 3 times the price of this hotel.

Beds were rock hard, breakfast was not very good, bar and restaurant very expensive.Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was clean and quite new.

Great hotel for the price

Had a really nice stay here in May 2013. I was so impressed by the friendly staff, who were really helpful telling me how to get to meetings and booking taxis for me. Lots of good local tips as well. Astana isn't the greatest city I've visited but if you've got to go then this hotel is a good one. Nice food also

Velmi čistý hotel

Hotel se nachází v nezajímavé čtvrti, ale nedaleko je zastávka autobusů. Pokoje byly čisté a denně nám uklízeli a měnili ručníky. Snídaňový bufet by mohl být pestřejší, ale vždy jsem si vybral. Na recepci mi půjčili mapu Astany, ale měli jen jednu, tak jsme ji vrátil. Pokoje jsou vybaveny minibary.

Good location (near by a main intersection)

I stayed there for three nights while the area didnt have hot water for two days! That was very frustrating! They gave me a fair discount instead. Helpful staff who spoke English well enough. It's only 6 floors. One small elevator. Clean hotel and high class in the area. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner menu was very expensive compared to outside restaurants. Free storage for luggage incase you need to go to some next city and come back. I recommend this hotel because its in a good area. You can take the bus number 28 to go to the main part of the city (City Park with all those amazing architect)

Like sleeping on a solid slab of stone

Hotel is fine, has all the conveniences of a 4 star hotel. Friendly staff etc etc. But the bed is hard as a rock. Didn't sleep all night. Recommend to go across the street. Cheaper and bed is a bit softer
