The staff was super friendly and very timely with any questions I had. I had a small efficiency and there is a nice grocery store one block away. "Really beautiful place surrounded by mountains and nature. The atmosphere is peaceful, quiet, and very zen. As soon as you enter the reception area, you’re welcomed by the lovely scent of pine oil, which immediately gives the place a relaxing feel. The staff were very welcoming, polite, and friendly throughout my stay. My room was beautiful, spotless, and had an amazing mountain view. I really loved the overall design and atmosphere of the property. Everything was almost perfect, except for one small detail: there was a vase of badly wilted peace lilies sitting in the dining room for all three days of my stay. In such a beautiful and carefully designed place, it really stood out and killed the mood a little every time I saw it. 😅 Fresh flowers—or simply removing the wilted ones—would have made a big difference. Other than that, my stay was wonderful. A beautiful, peaceful place to relax, disconnect, and enjoy the mountains and nature. I would definitely recommend Bambuda!"

"This was no fault of the host, but Waze took us past the point and was telling us to drive up a heavy gravel construction road. YIKES! But once we located the right place, check in was smooth. The room was not thoroughly clean as there was an obvious spill under the couch and a small black wooly caterpillar, there was also a Tupperware bowl that had mold growing in it. We washed all dishes before use. Addtionally, the mattress covered had a deep stain that was visible through the fitted sheet. The best part of the property is the location is within walking distance to the heart of downtown Boquete. But the views from the balcony are not good."
