Not a lot of interaction with staff but what there was was pleasant and helpful. "We reserved a room with a terrace, which was wonderful. It overlooked the plaza so it was fun to people watch from our very large terrace. It was quiet at night so no problem with noise. The tram stopped right in front of the hotel which was very convenient."
