« J’ai réussi à entrer dans l’hôtel grâce à un autre client qui m’a ouvert la porte et quelle surprise il n’y avait personne à la réception, j’ai appelé au numéro de téléphone sur la fiche Expedia et on m’a donné mon numéro de chambre et que la clé était à l’intérieur… mon numéro de téléphone du Canada ne fonctionne pas en Europe… idéalement on aurait dû m’envoyer un message par courriel! Mais pour le reste c’est bien ! »
