Large family room with comfortable beds. Good shower. Free onsite parking - easy location to access from highway and close to ferry terminal. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. We stayed in a separate building away from the main location - very quiet.

It was a lovely little hotel near the beach. We stayed off season, so it was quiet. I reserved late, so didn’t get a view of the water. I would recommend you try. Staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet provided good options and was tasty. It’s a quaint quiet town, but you can walk the beach to other towns. There are local restaurants and shops that are fun to visit.

A splendid old chateau, in centre of Falaise. Can walk to most sights. Host very pleasant and knowledgeable of area. Good parking in locked courtyard.

Hotel was outstanding! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely-comfortable, clean, quiet, and spacious with good ventilation via windows that opened and a large bathroom with tub. Parking was available across the street as well as in the hotel lot. Both the food and service in their restaurant were great. In addition, we enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast one morning and a full buffet the next.

Lovely family, easy to find and a perfect space for the family! Also, it had amazing history and scenic French countryside. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

We booked this hotel knowing we would be renting a car. I don't know how easy this location would be if one were relying strictly on public transit and cabs. We found our room to be extremely clean and quiet. This hotel has very good access into downtown Caen and also to the highways leading out to the various WWII sites. It is very close to the Caen Memorial museum site. I would stay here again.

Fabulous breakfast, free and easy parking, comfy clean beds, updated bathroom and sufficient towel and soap quantity, and amazingly fast wifi. Highly recommend!

Located in the heart of Caen, in the pedestrian area, this hotel is only a 10 mn walk to the Chateau de Caen and to the harbour. Lots of interested churches and 2 abbeys worth visiting.There are buses and street-car lines only a short walk away. The downtown area is beautiful and good for shopping.
