Nice hotel with a good onsen, central location for day trips.

The staff and meals were outstanding

Expedia description stated that hotel included restaurant and bar w/lounge. However, not available to us, since a group had booked it for the night. Luckily we had a car and had to drive to another town to find food. It was pouring rain, so not a pleasant Ryokan experience at the high price we had paid. I had requested two twin rooms, and we actually got a Japanese style room with tatami mats

The hotel location and meals it offered are excellent. The rooms are very spacious and facing the ocean .However the premises , furnishing are really worn out and dated. The rooms are quite dirty in Japanese standard. Still worth while with the rate it charged. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Amazing quiet location on the ocean Hot springs were great

Great location. Nice hot strong shower. Friendly staff.

Very comfortable stay, quiet and most beautiful area with lots to walk to from coffee, restaurants and shops in the geisha area with stunning scenery. Great shower and bathroom, comfortable bed and Mitsukawa provided everything and anything that might have been missing like ice, iron.

New hotel in a super location next to the train station. Rooms are huge by Japanese standards. Loved our stay.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. We didn’t know what to expect from a “boutique hotel”, but UAN blew us away from their modern lobby (and complimentary drinks) to the beautiful room we had. Truly an experience.

Beautiful property, cleans and centrally located for walking anywhere in Kanazawa

Best hotel we stayed in on our vacation, well designed, wonderful staff, great amenities, extremely good value for money

Excellent hotel. Everything is just perfect. I will stay there again if I visit Toyama again!
